Military Active Duty

If you are called to active-duty status during a semester, present a copy of the active-duty orders to the Dean of Student Services office on the 1st floor of the Westover Administration Building. If you have not completed 75% of the coursework, you will be withdrawn with 100% tuition and fees credited. If you have completed 75% or more of the coursework, a grade will be issued based on the work completed, or you will be allowed to finish the coursework within a set period of time.  

If you are called to duty for a period of two weeks or less, you should notify both your instructor and the Dean of Student Services. Your absence will be considered excused, and you will be allowed to make up any missed work.
