ELEC 226 Electrical Construction

This course is designed to provide the skills required to install devices in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This course advances the student's knowledge and skills in the use of specialized tools and techniques. Examples are use of conduit benders, wire pulling methods, panel installation, and installation of advanced circuit protection devices. All work is referenced to the applicable National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Lecture 2 hours/Laboratory 2 hours/Total 4 hours per week.
