MATH 153 Intermediate Algebra
A course designed to teach students how to factor polynomial, perform operations with rational expressions, and work in the coordinate system. Students learn to solve systems of equations with two variables and perform operations on radicals using a variety of techniques. Lecture 4 hours per week.
Prerequisite
Completion of
MATH 02 with minimum letter grade of C or Math placement of
MATH 153., Completion of
READ 01 or Reading placement of
READ 02.
