MUSC 242 Theory IV, Harmony

This course covers harmonic analysis of selected music literature from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods, augmented sixth chords, the Neapolitan triad, and an introduction to analytical techniques as applied to 20th century music. Lecture 3 hours per week.
