ENGL 242 American Literature Since 1870

This class is a survey of American literature from the Civil War through the present. The class applies biographical, cultural, and historical contexts as students conduct literary research, and evaluate and analyze literary works. Lecture 3 hours per week. (MOTR LITR 101B)
