NURS 219 Medical Surgical Nursing II

In this course students build upon previously learned knowledge and skills while learning advanced medical surgical concepts. Students use the nursing process to manage safe care for the patient with alternations in advanced medical surgical concepts. Students demonstrate an understanding of various roles in the healthcare team. Lecture 4.75 hours/Laboratory-Clinical 6.75/Total 11.5 hours per week.
