WELD 158 Intro to Gas Metal Arc Welding

This introductory course is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviors in welding safety, gas cylinder usage, and storage. The course covers Gas Metal Arc Welding fundamentals, equipment set up, adjustment, and metal transfer with shielded gases. Lecture 2 hours/Laboratory 4 hours/Total 4 hours per week.
